Low-Pressure Reaction Injection Machine of Two Components

Low-pressure reaction injection machine of two components is a kind of specialized equipment used for making various PU plastic products. Its operation principle is as follows: Liquid monomers or pre-polymers, in accordance with a certain blending ratio, are delivered into the mixing head to agitate sufficiently and injected into mould. Then the mixed material shall react and harden into shape, waiting for ripening and demoulding.

Constituents of the equipment
Low-pressure reaction injection machine is consisted of mixing head, loading tanks, metering pump unit, hot-water circulating system, cleaning installation, base, supporting frame for mixing head, electrical control cabinet and so on.
